π§ͺ Flow test
The place to line up the flows we want to test, tick each step as you go, and write down what to fix. Switch person with the menu at the top of the launcher (or open a page with ?as=brittney, ?as=ashanti, ?as=geino). Only DaQuez and Shavanya see this tile. Tue 13 Oct plan: Flows 2, 3 and 4, plus the quick check of the new apps. Names now match Odoo: the old Requests & Quotes is Sales, Schedule is Planning, and money is in Accounting.
Before a test: make sure every phone has the team passcode, then check the green sync chip (bottom left) says it is connected. Reset demo data wipes the shared data for everyone, so only use it when you both agree.
Known limits: card payments are not built yet; Fygaro is a demo button (no real payment); label printing was not yet tested on the real Zebra printer; the camera and GPS need a phone and its permission. Ticks and notes are saved on this device only.
